How do I set up an initial consultation or make an appointment?

Call the office directly. (860) 343-0227. Administrative hours are Monday-Thursday 10am to 6pm.

If I am new to The Reynolds Clinic, what is my first step?
All new patients start with an initial consultation. The consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your individual situation, the areas in which you or your family may be facing challenges and what your overall goals are by coming to us. The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour.

Do you take Insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance for any of our services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover

Do you have payment plans for any of your services?

Payment is due at the time of service. However; we do have an additional payment option available for our Neurofeedback program, call the office for details.

What if I have a scheduled appointment that I will not be able to make?

We require 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment. Less than 24 hours will incur a charge for the cost of the missed appointment or service.

What if there is inclement weather?
If the Middletown school district is closed, all appointments in the clinic will be canceled for the day.
